A minimum bandwidth of 50 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload is required. Those fully remote associates residing in states where service is required by contract, law, or regulation will be allowed to submit for reimbursement.

Responsibilities:

  • Process service forms within 24 hours for all lines of business with the intent of supplying literature to members.
  • Reject or return service forms that are incomplete.
  • Print and mail provider directory when attached.
  • Log in to external portals to complete the fulfillment and document the SF inside the transaction for the welcome kit or handbook.
  • Investigate returned member ID cards, welcome kits, or other mail to the correct address and e-mail the item to the member.
  • Research mail or error reports utilizing USPS zip code lookup, data lookup, or claims information, correcting mailing addresses in the system if permitted in the plan contract.
  • Creating and sending out Manual denial letters or Krames on Demand education materials on a daily basis.
  • Operates all department hardware including copier and postage machine.
  • Maintain required department reporting to support production statistics/measurement.

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Basic understanding of operating instructions and processes for machines.
  • Basic understanding of postage rates and regulations.
  • Ability to correctly sort and distribute large amounts of mail.
  • Ability to complete projects in a timely manner.
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and navigating the internet.
