Position Summary

The Remote Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information regarding mail services, deliveries, account status, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Process customer requests, service updates, and account changes.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
