Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Mail Specialist to support our Virtual Mail Division. This role is responsible for ensuring customer mail is accurately received, scanned, and digitized, allowing clients to view their mail securely from anywhere in the world.
This position is onsite at one of our mail operations facilities located in Frisco, TX.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Receive, sort, scan, and process incoming mail promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure mail is scanned for the correct customer and deposited according to client instructions.
  • Adhere to all USPS rules and standards.
  • Meet or exceed processing speed, efficiency, and accuracy goals.
  • Maintain compliance with all safety policies and the company Code of Conduct.
  • Demonstrate understanding and practice of company values.
  • Be self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently while maintaining quality and consistency.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push up to 60 lbs on a cart.
  • Ability to stand for up to six hours per shift.

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to work in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.
  • Previous mailroom or light industrial experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to be onsite daily as scheduled.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
  • NOTE: we enforce a no phone policy on the floor (specifically regarding social media)
