Virtual Mail Operations Specialist
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301 (100% Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $21.00/hour
Type: Contract-to-Hire (6+ months)

Position Overview
LegalZoom is seeking a Virtual Mail Delivery Operations Specialist to join its growing Virtual Mail team in Fort Lauderdale. This role combines mail processing, data entry, scanning technology, shipping coordination, and quality control in a fast-paced office environment.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable using technology, and able to work independently while meeting daily productivity goals. Previous mailroom experience is helpful but not required. Candidates with retail, food service, hospitality, logistics, administrative, or operations experience are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities

  • Receive, sort, process, and prepare incoming mail and packages
  • Scan envelopes and associate documents with customer accounts
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Track shipments and package logistics
  • Package and route mail to designated processing facilities
  • Review spreadsheets and investigate operational discrepancies
  • Complete quality control reviews to ensure accuracy
  • Meet daily productivity and processing targets
  • Communicate effectively with remote leadership and team members
  • Escalate issues and ask questions when clarification is needed

Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
