• Conduct thorough and sensitive assessments of patients and families to identify emotional, social, and spiritual needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that respect individual circumstances and preferences while integrating interdisciplinary perspectives.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and crisis management strategies to support patients coping with trauma, anxiety, and depression.
• Maintain organized, accurate, and confidential records in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
