• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of patients to understand their emotional, social, and environmental needs.

The primary focus of your work will be with terminally ill patients and their families, addressing various emotional and psychological responses to grief, anxiety, and depression. You will provide an empathetic ear, support structures, and resource connections to help them cope with their unique circumstances. • A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (BSW) from an accredited institution is required; advanced degrees are preferred.
• An active LCSW license in the state of Georgia.

• Experience in a hospice, palliative, or medical social work setting is highly advantageous.
