As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Integro Wellness & Therapy, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their mental health needs.
• Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
• Delivering therapy sessions through individual, couples, family, and group formats, tailoring techniques to the specific needs of each client.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals within a multidisciplinary team to create comprehensive care plans and ensure holistic support for clients.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in psychotherapy.
• Participating in ongoing professional development and training workshops to stay updated on best practices and emerging mental health research.

You will be working with a diverse client population including individuals and families who often face barriers to accessing mental health services. Common issues include anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relational problems. Your expertise in engaging with individuals from various backgrounds will be crucial in establishing trust and rapport, promoting effective therapeutic outcomes.

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, particularly in a clinical setting.
• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health care.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport and connect effectively with a wide range of clients.

Integro Wellness & Therapy offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition, our benefits package includes:
