Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client on your caseload.
  • Develop and implement person-centered treatment plans utilizing clinical assessments to ensure effective strategies for mental health recovery.
  • Coordinate with inter-agency program providers to deliver holistic care for clients, ensuring a seamless transition between services.
  • Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation and submit all records within 48 hours after providing client services.
  • Prepare detailed discharge summaries and communicate effectively with referral sources regarding client progress.
  • Provide emergency support during after-hours on-call situations, ensuring clients have access to help when needed.
  • Participate actively in scheduled program meetings, including clinical supervision and staff meetings, to stay aligned with best practices and organizational goals.
  • Engage in all assigned clinical tasks that contribute to a collaborative therapeutic environment.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Inner Refuge Healthcare Services, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults and adolescents facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and adjustment disorders.
