This role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while maintaining a focus on achieving a healthy work-life balance. Counselors will primarily conduct sessions via telehealth, utilizing secure and user-friendly platforms to ensure client confidentiality and comfort. This innovative approach allows you to connect with clients from the comfort of your own space while providing essential mental health services.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations of clients to establish appropriate, individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a wide range of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Employ diverse therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, customizing approaches to suit varying client needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic care and coordinate client treatment effectively.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records to comply with legal and ethical standards.
• Stay current on mental health trends and research best practices by participating in workshops and continual education.

You will engage with a diverse client population facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The position allows you to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals navigating their path to emotional wellness, utilizing telehealth to remove geographical barriers to care.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Washington.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing counseling services, ideally in a clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of ethical guidelines and laws governing mental health practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for establishing rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling or a related field is preferred, enhancing your qualifications for understanding complex client issues.
• Specialization in areas such as trauma, substance abuse, or couples counseling is highly desirable.
• Experience working with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other relevant software to streamline documentation and client management.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to a generous salary, we provide:
