This is a CONTRACT role for Bilingual (FR/EN) candidates, English-only applicants are invited to apply if they meet all criteria.
This is a part-time position with full-time training hours, Mon-Fri 8AM - 4PM. You must be fully available for all weeks of training
Workers can expect to be scheduled between the hours of 6AM to 11PM. We require flexible availability for this purpose.

What you'll do

Role we are currently sourcing for:

Customer Relationship Representatives:

  • Respond to a wide range of telephone inquiries from Canadian Tire Bank card members, while driving an exceptional customer experience

  • Offer products and services to our customers solidifying their relationship with us, driving sales and business goals

Corporate Roadside Assistance Representative:

  • Respond to a wide variety of requests from Canadian Tire Roadside Assistance, Home Services and Drivers Academy customers such as dispatching a service provider to provide roadside assistance, general inquiries on membership benefits/product features, enrolment, etc. which ultimately will build loyalty to the Canadian Tire brand.

Digital Customer Service Representatives:

  • Support eCommerce customers with their inquiries for CTOnline, SportChek, Atmosphere, Mark's Pro-Hockey Life

  • Support our Triangle Rewards program

  • Communicate with customer over phone and emails

  • Support eCommerce order reviews

What you bring

Our current department hours of operation are:

6:00am - 11:00pm, Monday to Sunday,

Your scheduled shifts will vary according to business needs, though you can expect to be scheduled primarily during evenings until close and weekends. Availability requirements range between days, evenings and weekends.
