• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop effective, personalized treatment plans.

• Establish and monitor therapeutic goals, ensuring clients make measurable progress throughout their treatment journey.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions to enhance accessibility for clients requiring remote assistance.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay updated with the latest therapeutic techniques and modalities.

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, and personal trauma. Your role is vital in helping clients navigate their unique experiences, facilitating healing and growth through individualized care.

• A current, valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to connect with clients effectively.
• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients are essential.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to balance a diverse caseload.
