• Conduct thorough and individualized assessments of clients to determine their emotional, psychological, and social needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that may include individual or group therapy sessions, following best practices and evidence-based methodologies.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), to facilitate client progress.
• Maintain meticulous case records and documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with educators, school counselors, and family members to provide integrative care and ensure a holistic approach to each client’s well-being.
• Remain informed about the latest advancements in mental health and incorporate newly acquired knowledge into your therapeutic practices to improve treatment outcomes.

This role will primarily focus on serving children and adolescents facing a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and other mental health disorders. You will empower and support clients in navigating their emotional difficulties, fostering resilience, and building coping strategies that contribute to their overall success in school and life.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid LCSW license, with no disciplinary actions.
• Strong clinical skills, demonstrated through experience in assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic intervention.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in utilizing remote technology platforms for therapy sessions and record management.

• Experience working in a school-based mental health setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and child development principles.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
