• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health and emotional challenges to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning and interdisciplinary meetings with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver holistic client care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation compliant with legal and ethical standards to ensure quality control and accountability in client care.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and methodologies in mental health through participation in ongoing professional development workshops and training sessions.

The LPC will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Many clients may come from underserved backgrounds and face barriers to accessing mental health resources. The aim is to create a safe, supportive environment where clients can feel valued and empowered on their path to healing.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of two years of experience providing counseling in a clinical environment.
• A solid understanding of ethical and legal guidelines pertaining to counseling practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse is desirable.
• Experience working in community healthcare settings or with vulnerable populations is a plus.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and teletherapy platforms to facilitate effective service delivery.

• A competitive annual salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
