Key Responsibilities

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-departmental teams to address Japanese-speaking customer needs and elevate service delivery standards.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency:
    • Fluency in Japanese (written and spoken) is essential.
    • Strong command of English (written and spoken) is required.
    • Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Customer Orientation: A positive and professional demeanor with a sincere commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
