Work Environment

This is a full-time remote position with no evening or weekend hours, allowing for a flexible work-life balance. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial client assessments through virtual sessions to identify individual goals, preferences, and options for their rehabilitation journeys.
  • Develop, implement, and adjust individualized rehabilitation plans based on comprehensive evaluations of each client's unique educational background, strengths, and aspirations.
  • Engage effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and psychologists, to design and administer personalized treatment plans that align with each client's therapeutic needs.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client records, including personal histories, therapeutic interventions, and progress notes, adhering to compliance standards.
  • Monitor client progress meticulously, using documented data to evaluate therapeutic outcomes and collaboratively modify treatment plans as necessary.
  • Facilitate continuous engagement with clients during job training and occupational placement programs, addressing any challenges that arise promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with clients’ families to ensure their support systems are integrated into the rehabilitation process, enhancing overall treatment effectiveness.
  • Provide timely consultation and referrals to additional resources, ensuring clients' needs are met comprehensively.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will work with encompass a diverse range of mental health issues, including mood disorders, anxiety, and various life transitions. Your empathetic approach will be instrumental in fostering resilience in clients, helping them navigate their challenges and build sustainable coping strategies. Qualifications
  • A master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a closely related field is required.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon.
  • Demonstrated experience in mental health treatment, particularly with diverse populations suffering from mental illnesses in both inpatient and outpatient environments.
  • Strong collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a team-based setting.
  • Expertise in therapeutic methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and dialectical behavioral therapy.
