Location: US Remote

Reports To: Platform Executive

Salary Range: $52,000-$85,000

Position Summary:

The Platform Administrator manages an assigned portfolio of E&D projects throughout the project life cycle. This role provides operational support by ensuring accurate project documentation, invoicing readiness, data integrity, and compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The Platform Administrator partners with the Platform Managers, and Field Service Site Operations Representatives (SORs) to support successful project execution. The Platform Administrators will report to the Platform Executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an assigned portfolio of Field Service projects from manufacturing completion through invoicing and financial closeout.
  • Maintain project documentation, customer orders, and project records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
  • Manage IEM Procore inspections, including reviewing inspection documentation, monitoring AWS Observations, and ensuring required documentation supports invoicing and project closeout.
  • Verify invoicing readiness by ensuring required project documentation, inspections, commissioning records, and customer requirements are complete and accurate.
  • Support commissioning activities by participating in commissioning calls and maintaining commissioning documentation.
  • Generate and maintain operational reports to monitor project status, invoice readiness, and project closeout.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues, support process improvements, assist with training, and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Perform other duties, which may be required by supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering preferred.
