As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work entirely online, allowing for a flexible work-life balance. We utilize secure telehealth platforms to conduct video counseling sessions, ensuring that you can maintain the confidentiality and comfort of your clients. This role requires strong computer literacy to navigate the tools required for remote therapy, client documentation, and scheduling. • Conduct one-on-one video counseling sessions with clients to assess their mental health and provide therapeutic guidance.
• Facilitate discussions allowing clients to openly express their emotions and life experiences, aiding in their self-discovery journey.
• Act as an advocate for clients, collaborating with them to define and reach personal goals that enhance their mental wellness.
• Evaluate clients' mental health conditions using evidence-based assessment tools and create tailored treatment plans based on their unique needs.
• Utilize a solution-focused approach to address client concerns, applying your clinical experience and knowledge effectively.
• Maintain accurate client records and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to stay up to date on best practices in mental health counseling.

In this role, you will primarily work with adults experiencing stable, low-acuity mental health conditions. These clients may be dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship challenges. Our aim is to support them in acquiring essential coping skills and improving their overall quality of life by facilitating effective therapeutic interventions.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.
• Current independent licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Proficient computer literacy skills to effectively utilize telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

• Prior experience conducting teletherapy sessions and familiarity with remote counseling practices.
• Experience working with diverse populations, demonstrating an understanding of cultural competence in therapy.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain therapeutic relationships in a virtual setting.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience. As a full-time counselor, you will receive a monthly healthcare stipend, reflecting our commitment to your well-being. Additional benefits include:
