Hope Bridges Youth Homes, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor to provide remote therapeutic services to adults dealing with a variety of mental health challenges. This role is entirely remote, offering a telehealth-based framework for delivering care. You will utilize state-of-the-art video conferencing software to conduct sessions, allowing you to reach clients comprehensively across Washington State and beyond. As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be tasked with the following:

• Conducting one-on-one counseling sessions via secure video conferencing to provide tailored mental health interventions.
• Encouraging clients to openly express their feelings and life experiences to facilitate self-discovery and insights into their interpersonal relationships.
• Acting as a client advocate, providing guidance in defining and pursuing their personal goals.
• Conducting thorough assessments of clients' mental health, utilizing clinical expertise to create and implement individualized treatment plans based on solution-focused methodologies.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

This position primarily involves working with adults who present with stable, low-acuity mental health conditions. Your role will focus on equipping these individuals with the necessary tools to manage their mental health effectively, fostering resilience and empowerment through understanding their experiences.

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.
• Possession of an independent license such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Strong computer literacy skills, with the ability to navigate telehealth platforms effectively.

While not required, the following skills and attributes would enhance your application:

• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to make informed clinical evaluations and recommendations for treatment planning and execution.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and the aptitude to foster a productive therapeutic alliance with clients.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and the hours worked. Additionally, we provide a monthly healthcare stipend for our full-time counselors, ensuring that your health and wellbeing are prioritized.
