Job Title: Desktop Support Location: Vienna, VA Type: Contract Contractor Work Model: Onsite – onsite

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end users
  • Provide basic networking support including IP and DNS configurations
  • Assist with cybersecurity measures such as MFA and phishing protection
  • Utilize ticketing systems like ServiceNow to track and resolve issues
  • Troubleshoot Palo Alto Network Global Protect client issues on Windows endpoints
  • Resolve issues on Microsoft Windows 11 operating systems
  • Support Microsoft M365 productivity tools including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams

Requirements

  • Experience with troubleshooting Palo Alto Network Global Protect client issues on Windows endpoints
  • Experience troubleshooting issues on Microsoft Windows 11 operating systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft M365 software (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams)
