This position allows you the flexibility to work remotely while being a part of an innovative and caring team. Our facilities are operational Monday through Saturday, giving you the autonomy to develop a schedule that best suits your professional and personal commitments. We provide in-house credentialing and manage your insurance participation and scheduling, so you can concentrate on what you do best—providing compassionate care.

Your role as a Mental Health Counselor will encompass a variety of essential duties, including:

• Conducting initial comprehensive psychosocial assessments for patients and their families to determine mental health needs and triage care accordingly.
• Implementing graduate-level clinical interventions tailored to individual client needs, using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities.
• Collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and coordinate client care plans, ensuring alignment on treatment strategies through regular documentation and meetings.
• Maintaining thorough and ethical documentation of all patient interactions and treatment interventions, adhering to departmental guidelines.
• Providing case management services for assigned patients, facilitating consultations and collaborations with community resources and healthcare professionals to secure comprehensive support.

Our counselors work with a diverse clientele, including individuals of various ages and backgrounds experiencing challenges related to mental health. You will engage with patients seeking assistance for conditions such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma-related issues. This position will allow you to impact profoundly on clients in both outpatient settings and detox recovery phases.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

We are looking for applicants with a minimum of two years of clinical experience. Additionally, flexibility to work between 10 to 40 hours per week is preferred, enabling you to adjust your workload according to your lifestyle needs.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 60,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and credentials. Our employees enjoy:
