• Provide weekly supervision to graduate-level practicum students pursuing clinical licensure, guiding their professional development and ensuring adherence to ethical and clinical standards.
• Deliver psychotherapy services to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based practices to tailor treatments to their specific needs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care, integrating community resources where necessary to support holistic recovery.
• Contribute to developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that address clients' behavioral health goals and aspirations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation following state regulations and organizational guidelines, ensuring compliance and quality assurance.
• Stay informed about current research, best practices, and advancements in therapy to provide clients with the highest quality of care.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Brilliant Hope Recovery Center, you will encounter a variety of patient populations ranging from adolescents to adults, all with unique challenges and backgrounds. You will work closely with clients facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more, providing tailored support that empowers them on their journey to recovery.

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• A valid state license, such as LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or LCSW-R.
• Professional liability insurance to practice in a telehealth setting.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling role is required.
• Previous experience in supervising practicum students is preferential, demonstrating a commitment to emerging professionals in the field.
