This position is fully remote, offering flexibility and a supportive work culture that values work-life balance. You will have the possibility to manage your schedule while adhering to core office hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Facilitate therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Provide structured support and guidance for clients experiencing PTSD, ensuring they receive compassionate, informed care.
• Effectively manage client cases, making appropriate referrals to specialists as necessary, to ensure a holistic approach to care.
• Maintain accurate and organized client records that comply with ICD-9 documentation standards, ensuring confidentiality and quality of care.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members to enhance therapeutic outcomes and share insights on treatment effectiveness.
• Support families through counseling sessions aimed at improving relationships and coping mechanisms.

As a Mental Health Counselor at Within Health, you will work predominantly with adult clients contending with an array of mental health challenges, including PTSD, anxiety disorders, depression, and behavioral issues. Your ability to connect with diverse populations will enrich the therapeutic experience and help foster a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• A valid California licensure, such as LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT is mandatory for this role.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in therapy and case management is essential.
• Proficiency in CBT, ABA, and other relevant therapeutic frameworks is expected.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are crucial to effectively engage with clients and maintain clear records.

• Previous experience in a remote counseling setting is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of and experience with integrating family systems therapy into practice.
• Experience working with culturally diverse populations and an understanding of the dynamics of multicultural counseling.

Compensation for this role ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
