Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions through secure live video conferencing platforms, ensuring a comfortable and confidential experience for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
  • Your qualifications must include a valid, unrestricted license to practice independently in California as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • You must not hold any limited or provisional licenses, nor have any disciplinary actions on your record.
  • Proficient in making clinical evaluations and recommendations for treatment planning and implementation, reflecting strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a sincere, empathetic approach towards clients are essential.
  • Strong computer literacy and familiarity with telehealth platforms will facilitate effective service delivery.
Preferred Experience

While the minimum requirement is an unrestricted license and relevant education, prior experience in a remote or outpatient setting is highly preferred.
