• Conduct in-depth assessments for new patients to determine their mental health status and develop individualized treatment plans that align with their needs.
• Provide short-term individual counseling and crisis intervention services, employing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques tailored to address specific issues.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops focused on topics such as coping strategies, stress management, and emotional regulation.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare providers and patient support services to ensure seamless treatment transitions and holistic care.
• Participate in community outreach and mental health awareness programs to promote understanding and access to mental health resources.
• Maintain up-to-date and confidential patient records in compliance with all ethical and legal standards, ensuring high-quality documentation for continuity of care.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. • License to practice as a Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington is required (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or Psychologist).

• Demonstrated understanding of the complexities and challenges faced by patients in an outpatient mental health environment.

• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapy practices and modalities suitable for timely, adaptive interventions.

• Experience working in outpatient mental health settings, particularly in roles that involve crisis intervention and group therapy facilitation.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and tools to deliver remote counseling services effectively.
• Engagement with community organizations aimed at enhancing mental health awareness and access for underserved populations.

• Annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
