Key Responsibilities
  • Document therapeutic processes and client interactions accurately and in adherence to medical record policies, ensuring the confidentiality and safety of client information.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, including psychological evaluations, to identify mental and emotional disorders and develop treatment plans tailored to client needs.
