• Document therapeutic processes and client interactions accurately and in adherence to medical record policies, ensuring the confidentiality and safety of client information.
• Deliver immediate psychological interventions and crisis management during emergencies, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including psychological evaluations, to identify mental and emotional disorders and develop treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Facilitate a variety of therapeutic services, including individual and family therapy, group therapy sessions, and psychological evaluations based on the complexities of client situations.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development activities, including in-service meetings, workshops, and collaborative clinician meetings to enhance skills and therapeutic techniques.
• Participate in therapeutic retreats and activities aimed at team building and client engagement, fostering community connection and personal growth.

We serve a diverse client population, providing support to individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Our clients range in age and background, often dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relational conflicts, and more severe psychological disturbances. As a therapist, you will be instrumental in developing meaningful therapeutic alliances with clients, guiding them through their healing journeys with empathy and professionalism.

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT): Candidates must hold an active LMFT license in Washington state.
• Educational Background: A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is essential, demonstrating a robust understanding of various mental health disorders and treatment methodologies.
