Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments, developing personalized treatment plans that cater to the mental health needs of our patients.
• Provide crisis intervention and short-term individual counseling, addressing a variety of concerns, from anxiety and depression to more complex psychological issues.
• Facilitate therapeutic groups and workshops focused on skill development and coping strategies, enhancing patient well-being and personal growth.
• Collaborate closely with various healthcare departments, including primary care teams and community resources, to coordinate a holistic approach to patient care.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness, resilience, and preventative practices.
• Maintain and update confidential patient records accurately, adhering to ethical and legal regulations at all times.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Psychologist.
• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required; advanced degrees are preferred.
• Proven ability to understand and address the mental health challenges faced by a diverse patient population.
• Exceptional communication skills, fostering an environment of trust and respect with patients while collaborating effectively with healthcare colleagues.
• Familiarity with brief therapy models and approaches, with a strong foundation in evidence-based practices.
• Capacity to manage a diverse caseload effectively, navigating the demands of a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a community health setting is highly valued, particularly within a counseling or therapy role.
• Diverse therapeutic experience, including group facilitation, crisis intervention, and long-term individual therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary in the range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
