Job description

Northstar Fertility Partners (www.nsfertility.com) is an industry leader in fertility services, specializing in surrogacy, egg donation, and family building through a constellation of expert-led companies. We have helped bring over 11.500 babies into the world through our services. We are looking for a talented and motivated Designer to join our team. In this role, you will support a wide range of creative and digital projects — from designing and building paid media landing pages in Wix, to producing digital ad creative, updating web pages and marketing collateral, and creating Figma mockups. If you have a strong eye for design, a passion for craft, and thrive in a fast-moving environment, this role would be a great fit for you.

As Northstar’s Designer, you will be responsible for a variety of digital and print design tasks across our Northstar brands. This includes designing and developing paid media landing pages in Wix, creating digital ad assets, updating existing Wix websites, creating new marketing collateral as well as editing existing material, and building Figma wireframes and mockups for review. You will craft visually compelling work that balances strong aesthetic design including imagery, typography, and layout, with a strategic focus on clear communication and brand consistency.

What you’ll do:

  • Design and build conversion-focused paid landing pages within Wix.
  • Update and maintain existing Wix website pages, including content updates, layout adjustments, and other requested modifications.
  • Develop digital ad creative (static and animated) for paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms.
  • Update and create marketing collateral (brochures, one-pagers, guides, etc.) in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Create Figma wireframes and design mockups for website pages and landing pages for team review and approval.
  • Maintain consistency with provided brand guidelines and approved asset libraries across all deliverables.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of previous graphic design experience.
  • Hands-on experience building and editing pages within Wix. This is a must.
  • A portfolio demonstrating a range of design work including digital ads, website design, and/or print collateral.
  • Proficiency in Figma for wireframing and design mockups.
  • Experience designing digital ad creative (static banners, social ads) for paid media campaigns.
  • Ability to work across multiple brands simultaneously while maintaining distinct brand identities.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat) as well as Canva.
  • Detail-oriented, self-sufficient, able to meet deadlines with minimal oversight, and receptive to feedback and creative direction.
  • Maintain organized file and asset libraries across shared drives and Figma to ensure team-wide accessibility and version control.
  • Clear communicator who can present work, participate in feedback rounds, and interpret creative direction effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new platforms and tools as our tech stack evolves.

What’s nice to have:

  • Experience with Asana.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing principles and landing page optimization strategies.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI best practices and basic understanding of SEO principles.
  • Experience working within a fast-paced, multi-brand or agency environment.
  • Familiarity with AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar.
  • Basic awareness of HTML/CSS, particularly as it relates to working within Wix and collaborating with developers.
  • Basic video editing or motion asset resizing experience (e.g., Reels, stories, paid video formats) using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere.

What are the benefits:

  • A competitive health plan that includes health, dental and vision
  • 401(k) with company match
  • “Take What You Need” PTO
  • Tuition Assistance
  • Paid Holidays
  • LTD/STD/Life Insurance
  • Wellness Programs
  • The ability to work hybrid or remote based on location
  • And much more!
