• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois with no disciplinary actions against your license.

• An independent work ethic with a creative and flexible approach to therapy.
• Ability to manage your caseload effectively and professionally.

• Experience managing a diverse caseload, including individuals from various backgrounds.
• Prior experience using teletherapy platforms or remote counseling methods is advantageous.
