JOB SUMMARY:

D4C Dental Brands is seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to join a fast-moving, highly competent IT Team. This FTE role requires IT, networking, and engineering expertise. The successful candidate will oversee and manage IT projects to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.You will be charged with managing projects and programs as well as be involved in high-level portfolio direction for the IT team. You will be an integral part of building a PMO including documentation and process standardization. Input and active participation in change management is expected including driving adherence to change processes. This team is eager to work with PMI principles and is receptive to any suggested changes to improve performance and productivity.

EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Master's degree helpful
  • PMP required
  • Technical certifications helpful

JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 3 years as a Project Manager in IT-related fields
  • Minimum of 7 years of Project Management-related experience in any discipline
  • 3 years of IT services experience (negotiable)
  • Customer-facing experience
  • Must have experience in both adaptive and predictive project environments
  • Must have experience communicating with stakeholders with users, line managers, directors, and executives in multiple modes and through multiple channels
  • Strong experience gathering, writing, tracking, and managing technical requirements/workloads in a complex environment
  • Experience working within a Project Management team sharing PM documentation and process improvements
  • Experience with quality tracking, management, and verification of deliverables both quantitatively and qualitatively including
  • Experience with Project Management software such as Asana and Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or other similar products
  • Experience with process mapping, process analysis, and proactive management of stakeholder requirements

  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

  • Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
