You will have access to a variety of tools and resources to support your counseling practice, making it easy to schedule sessions, manage client records, and deliver quality care.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for new clients to identify their mental health concerns and create tailored treatment plans that align with their specific goals.
• Provide individual therapy sessions through teletherapy using evidence-based modalities designed for effective outcomes.
• Engage clients in the therapeutic process by collaborating on establishing goals, tracking progress, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Ensure ethical standards of practice by maintaining accurate and timely documentation of sessions and client information, consistent with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities through workshops, training, or peer consultations to enhance your clinical skills.

The clients you will assist are pre-screened, stable individuals with low acuity mental health issues. This allows for a more effective therapeutic atmosphere where you can focus your energy on providing care rather than dealing with high-risk cases. Your ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and maintain their trust will be pivotal in fostering positive outcomes.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active state license as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. Please note that we cannot accept applications from interns or those holding limited permits requiring supervision.
• Exceptional communication skills both in writing and verbally, enabling you to build rapport with clients and document case notes efficiently.
• A clean disciplinary record concerning your professional license is mandatory.

• Experience in providing remote counseling or teletherapeutic services is a plus, allowing for adaptation to our digital platform.
• Demonstrated ability to develop treatment plans and manage cases for a diverse client population is highly preferred.
• Prior experience working in a community health setting may be advantageous, given our commitment to serving a variety of client needs.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Full-time counselors will also benefit from a monthly healthcare stipend, ensuring you have a robust health plan tailored to your needs.
