Position Overview

Constant Support Psychotherapy Services is seeking motivated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapists, including LMFT, LPC, and LCSW professionals, to join our dynamic team providing remote telehealth services. In this full-time role, you will engage in therapeutic practices aimed at addressing various mental health challenges while making a genuine impact on patient lives through tailored interventions and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate patients' psychological needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques, in both individual and group settings.
  • Lead psychoeducational and support groups, creating a community atmosphere that fosters peer support and collective growth among participants.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure cohesive and holistic patient care.
  • Provide crisis intervention services, responding effectively to urgent mental health challenges with empathy and expertise.
  • Educate patients on their mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and available community resources to enhance their understanding and engagement in the therapeutic process.

Qualifications
