• Conduct individual therapy sessions remotely using our secure online platform, ensuring a professional and supportive environment for your clients.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans after understanding their unique needs, challenges, and goals.
• Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to remain aligned with their evolving mental health journey.
• Keep meticulous and accurate records of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards and legal regulations.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other mental health professionals when necessary to provide holistic care to your clients.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards in every aspect of service delivery, reinforcing trust and responsibility in your practice.

You will engage with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. • A Master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, with options including:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
• Strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with clients and colleagues.
• Experience in providing individual therapy, demonstrating a commitment to ethical practice and patient confidentiality.

• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and online therapy tools, ensuring a smooth virtual counseling experience.
• Previous experience in a remote setting is a plus, showcasing your adaptability in digital environments.

The salary range for this position is USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
