About the role
We are seeking a skilled GTM and Legal Systems Business Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our organization. The successful candidate will have hands-on expertise in Salesforce and Docusign CLM implementations, with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions across our customer relationship management and contract lifecycle management operations.
What You'll Do
  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across sales, legal, operations, and finance departments
  • Configure and customize Salesforce solutions including CRM core, Sales Cloud, and related modules to meet organizational needs
  • Design and implement Docusign CLM workflows, template management, and signature processes
  • Facilitate integration between Salesforce and Docusign CLM platforms to streamline contract management and CRM processes
  • Create detailed functional specifications, process documentation, and user guides
  • Perform system testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet business requirements
  • Provide end-user training and support during system implementations and post-deployment
  • Analyze and optimize existing CRM and CLM processes to improve efficiency, user adoption, and business outcomes

What You'll Bring
  • 3-5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Salesforce Administrator/Developer
  • Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and implementation
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Docusign CLM, including AI features, template creation, workflow design, and system configuration
  • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes and best practices
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail

Nice-to-have
  • Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) or higher-level certification
  • Experience with Salesforce Integration Cloud (MuleSoft) or equivalent integration/orchestration platforms or API integrations
  • Familiarity with other contract management or CLM platforms
  • Knowledge of legal processes, compliance requirements, or regulatory frameworks
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
