Treliant is looking for Business Process Engineers with experience in the financial services industry (e.g., deposits, consumer and commercial lending, wealth management) for remote, project-based opportunities. 

Responsibilities

While the scope of each project may be different, your duties & responsibilities may include: 

  • Performs current state process mapping.
  • Assess current state processes for adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Able to establish recommendations for changes to procedure documentation.
  • Create and maintain gap analysis detail reporting.
  • Designs future state processes including process improvement, redesign and transformation.
  • Communicates effectively with team members, and management.
  • Identifies opportunities for automation.
  • Take part in train the trainer knowledge transfers.
  • Create and maintain reporting decks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of business process modeling.
  • 5+ years of financial services experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Six sigma and Lean a plus.
  • Process data analytics and value stream mapping a plus.
  • Proficient in BPM tools such as Visio, Signavio, BlueWorks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills a must to work effectively with all levels of consultants and client staff.
  • Ability to work well with others as well as independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
  • Prior consulting experience preferred.

Primary Location Salary Range: $75/hr - $150/hr
