Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Help implement operational strategies and standardization across QTS.
  • Support college recruiting, internships and TA Technologies.
  • Partner with support teams to ensure legal compliance.
  • Manage recruitment related technologies and reporting.
  • Partner with technology teams in identifying system challenges/fixes and testing.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
  • Five or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Minimum one year of corporate recruiting experience.
  • Strong Project Management and prioritization skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience supporting remote customers.
  • One or more year of Workday Recruiting Module experience.
