Overview
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has an immediate opening for a Legal Secretary in its Phoenix, Arizona office. Candidates must have at least 3-5 years' experience as a legal secretary in a law firm. This position is full-time with flexible options for successful candidates, including fully remote opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with Arizona State and Federal Rules.
  • Work independently on pleadings, discovery, motion preparation and e-discovery.
  • Experience and knowledge with e-filing in state and federal court, case management, docketing, e-discovery, document review, exhibit preparation, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is beneficial.
  • Excellent analytical and written communication skills.
  • Experience with insurance defense and commercial litigation is a plus.

The yearly salary range is between $48,000-$100,000. This position is open to all experience levels.
