This position is fully remote, which allows for a flexible and adaptive work environment. As a counselor in a community health clinic setting, you will engage with clients via telehealth sessions, providing them with accessible mental health services from the comfort of their homes. Our clinic employs a collaborative approach, meaning you will work alongside multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure holistic care for our clients.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, establishing individualized treatment plans that cater to each client's unique mental health needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing a variety of modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Stay abreast of advancements in mental health by participating in professional development opportunities and workshops.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to coordinate client care, enhancing therapeutic outcomes.
• Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems for documentation and client management, ensuring efficient operations and follow-ups.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing counseling services, ideally within a clinical or community health setting.
• Strong knowledge of ethical guidelines and legal regulations regarding counseling practice.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for establishing rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and technology used in remote counseling.

• Specialization in trauma-informed care, substance abuse counseling, family therapy, or couples counseling will be considered a significant advantage.
• Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to promoting inclusivity in therapeutic settings.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, based on your caseload and experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, we offer:
