• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions and emotional states, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, focusing on measurable goals tailored to each client’s unique situation.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, offering personalized sessions that may include individual, family, and group therapy formats, catering to diverse client backgrounds.
• Regularly monitor clients' progress through detailed documentation and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes providing real-time feedback and support.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention, ensuring clients in distress receive the urgent care they need to promote safety and stability.
• Maintain meticulous client records that adhere to legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality while documenting treatment progress.
• Engage in collaborative care with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment strategies that align with clients’ holistic health needs.
• Stay informed on the latest advancements in mental health practices through ongoing education and professional development, attending workshops and training sessions as required.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision to refine skills and improve therapeutic techniques, fostering an atmosphere of growth and professional integrity.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards, contributing to a culture of excellence within the mental health community.

You will work with a diverse client population that may include individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. By employing a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to different demographics, you will offer critical support and facilitate transformative change in clients’ lives.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist is mandatory. Acceptable licenses include LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW.
• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with an ability to create effective treatment strategies based on individual needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster rapport with clients and collaborate with team members.
• A high degree of empathy, compassion, and dedication to improving client well-being.
• A proven ability to work autonomously and as an integral part of a cohesive team.
• In-depth knowledge of ethical guidelines and legal regulations governing mental health professionals.
• A commitment to lifelong learning and professional development, emphasizing the importance of staying abreast of the evolving mental health landscape.

• Minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience, evidencing a robust background in providing mental health counseling.
• Expertise in group therapy facilitation and family counseling would be advantageous.
