• Conduct a thorough assessment and evaluation of clients to identify their mental health needs, challenges, and goals, ensuring a tailored approach to each individual.
• Provide individual therapy sessions addressing various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.
• Facilitate couples and family therapy sessions to improve communication and resolve conflicts, enhancing relational dynamics in a safe space.
• Design personalized treatment plans that set clear objectives and intervention strategies, consistently reviewing and modifying them based on client progress.
• Offer crisis intervention to clients experiencing immediate mental health challenges, employing effective de-escalation techniques and support.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, effective coping strategies, and available resources, empowering them to take active roles in their treatment.
• Maintain meticulous client records, ensuring assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes are documented in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Uphold ethical counseling practices, ensuring client confidentiality and informed consent in all interactions.

The LPC will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and families, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health concerns. By focusing on individualized care, the counselor aims to empower clients with coping mechanisms and therapeutic strategies that are effective for their unique situations, thereby enhancing their overall quality of life.

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Demonstrated clinical experience with a strong foundation in various counseling techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients and their families.
• Adept in practicing ethical guidelines and exhibiting cultural sensitivity.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development, staying abreast of the latest trends and practices in mental health.

• Experience in outpatient mental health settings.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and best practices for remote counseling.
• Proficiency in developing and leading psychoeducational workshops or support groups.

Our LPCs enjoy a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications. We operate on a fee-for-service model, offering guaranteed rates that provide pay ahead of collections, ensuring no delays in reimbursement. Additional benefits include:
