Job description

Adecco is seeking professional and detail-oriented Remote Customer Support Representatives to support a high-volume contact center environment focused on customer support and case-related services related to legal settlements.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, computer navigation abilities, and a customer-first mindset. Representatives will support customers through inbound and outbound communication while maintaining professionalism, empathy, accuracy, and confidentiality.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking, problem-solving, and the ability to navigate multiple systems while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally and efficiently

  • Assist customers with account inquiries, settlement-related questions, and general support needs

  • Accurately document customer interactions and case details

  • Navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information

  • Meet productivity, quality, and service-level expectations
