Your primary responsibilities as an LPCC will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Providing therapeutic interventions that include evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
• Facilitating group therapy sessions to promote peer support and collective healing among clients.
• Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and effective treatment outcomes for clients.
• Participating in ongoing professional development workshops and training sessions to stay informed of the latest mental health research and therapeutic techniques.

In this role, you will work with a varied client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and family-related issues. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and your ability to build rapport and trust will be essential in providing them with the support they need on their journey toward recovery and emotional health.

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.
• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport across diverse clientele.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) software and related technologies for patient documentation and data management.

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly preferred:

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment.
• Experience working collaboratively with healthcare teams focused on integrated client care and well-being.

This position offers a salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 per year, which will be determined based on experience and caseload availability. In addition to competitive compensation, you will receive:
