Framing Construction Company is seeking an experienced QuickBooks Accounting Assistant to join our Menifee office team. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity supporting a busy construction/framing company with daily accounting functions and office financial operations.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on QuickBooks experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to support accounting tasks in a construction office environment. Previous experience working with a contractor, subcontractor, framing company, general contractor, or trade-related business is highly preferred.

A strong understanding of construction terminology, job costing, project expenses, vendor billing, and contractor office operations is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate financial information in QuickBooks
  • Assist with invoices, vendor bills, payments, receipts, and deposits
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Maintain organized job-related accounting records and office paperwork
  • Track expenses and financial documentation accurately by project/job
  • Assist with bookkeeping functions and financial reporting
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and maintaining spreadsheets
  • Communicate professionally with vendors, employees, subcontractors, and management
  • Maintain confidentiality of company financial information
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of QuickBooks experience required
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop
