Responsibilities: Review Insurance Certificates, W9's, MSA's, Change-Orders, Certified Payrolls, and Work-Orders Track submittals, RFI's and documentation Assist Project Managers and Field Operations as well as Accounting Department helping to build and maintain accurate records and project values and accurate expense reporting Understand and coordinate with Owner and General Contractor billing cycles Assist with payments, releases, and waivers Prepare subcontractor billings and vendor purchase orders Requirements: 3+ years of commercial construction project accounting experience Local in Orange County Advanced MS Excel knowledge Stable work-history Preferred: Bachelor's in accounting Experience working with Viewpoint
