• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy, to address diverse mental health issues.
• Provide compassionate therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups, enhancing their coping strategies and overall mental health.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards, ensuring client confidentiality is upheld.
• Contribute to interdisciplinary treatment teams, collaborating with other health professionals to ensure well-rounded care for clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of new strategies and treatments in mental health care.

Your primary responsibility will center on working with clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. The Body And Soul Reformation And Wellness Center serves a diverse demographic, with a focus on helping those with limited access to therapeutic services. Your commitment to fostering trust and rapport will be essential in effectively guiding clients through their therapeutic journeys.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Active, unrestricted state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) is essential.
• At least two years of clinical counseling experience, preferably in a setting that addresses a broad spectrum of mental health issues.

• Expertise in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use treatment is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical guidelines governing mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, with a proven ability to connect with clients from varied backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and other relevant technologies.
