Building strong cross-functional relationships and adopting agile methodologies can also help streamline processes and ensure alignment throughout the project.

What is remote legacy modernization?

Remote legacy modernization refers to the process of updating and improving older, outdated software systems (often called 'legacy systems') to more modern platforms, tools, or architectures, all while working remotely. This can include migrating applications to the cloud, refactoring code, or integrating with newer technologies.
