Key responsibilities

  • Track and drive growth levers related to revenue, device, and DAU, and translate performance data into initiatives.

  • Model the economics of device acquisition deals with OEM and Telco partners, including sizing investments and structuring deal economics.

  • Partner with product and tech teams across regions to ensure timely feature delivery and support partner relationships through business case and revenue projections.

Job description

Overview of the Role:

Glance is at an inflection point. With over 250 million daily active users and a platform embedded at the heart of the Android ecosystem, we're not building for scale...we're already there. Now, we're looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our Growth team and help us turn that scale into new markets, new partners, and new revenue.

This is not a conventional program management role. You won't just track timelines and file status updates - you'll be the connective tissue between financial strategy, partner relationships, and execution: modeling the economics of new device deals, arming our partner account teams with the projections they need to negotiate with confidence, pitching new OEM and Telco partners directly, and making sure everything promised in a deal room actually ships on time across our global product and tech teams.

If you thrive in ambiguity, move with urgency, and know how to turn a financial model and a partner conversation into a shipped, revenue-generating outcome, this role was built for you. Startup DNA is a must. Hustle is non-negotiable.

This role is based onsite in our San Mateo, CA, office and is not open to remote work.

The Impact You'll Make
  • Track and drive growth levers. Own the levers behind Glance's Revenue, Device, and DAU growth - monitoring performance across each dimension and translating what you see into the initiatives that move the business forward.
  • Model the economics of every deal. Build the financial models underpinning device acquisition deals across new and existing OEM and Telco partners, sizing the investment and structuring the economics so every deal supports long-term, sustainable growth.
  • Equip partner teams to close and manage with confidence. Arm our partner account management team with the revenue projections and business models they need to manage relationships with OEMs, Telcos, and System Integrators.
  • Pitch and expand our global footprint. Take new opportunities directly to OEMs and Telcos across the US, Brazil, Mexico, and Europe, building the relationships and business cases that open new markets for Glance.
  • Drive execution across continents. Partner closely with product and tech teams across the US and Bangalore to keep feature delivery on track, ensuring what's promised to partners and projected in a model actually ships on time.
  • Fuel growth through partner collaboration. Work hand-in-hand with system integrators, OEMs, and Telcos to drive app updates and unlock meaningful DAU growth across Glance's device footprint.

The Experience We Need:
  • 6-8+ years of program or partner management experience, ideally with exposure to device, telecom, or platform ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated experience building financial and deal models: comfortable owning the numbers behind a partnership, not just the relationship.
  • Strong track record managing complex, cross-functional programs across distributed teams and time zones (experience spanning US and India-based teams a plus).
  • Experience working directly with OEMs, Telcos, or System Integrators: familiarity with device ecosystems and distribution economics highly valued.
  • Comfortable operating with significant ambiguity and driving alignment without formal authority over the teams you depend on.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence - able to pitch a business case to a Telco in Sao Paulo and align an engineering team in Bangalore in the same week.
  • Analytical fluency: able to translate growth data (DAU, device activations, revenue) into the story behind a deal or a delivery plan.
  • Startup or high-growth environment background preferred.

At Glance, you'll be surrounded by people who...

  • Think big and act fast:We're entrepreneurial, thrive in ambiguity, and love solving high-impact problems
  • Are passionate, fanatically driven, and take immense pride in their work:We care deeply about the impact we create and continuously push our potential
  • Own their outcomes:We take responsibility, make bold decisions, and execute with confidence
  • Embrace freedom with accountability:We value autonomy and understand that trust comes with responsibility
  • Believe in lifelong learning:We welcome feedback, challenge ourselves to grow, and aren't afraid to take smart risks
