This full-time position offers a flexible remote work environment, which allows you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. While you will primarily work independently, you will also have access to collaborative support from our multi-disciplinary team through regular virtual meetings and professional development opportunities.

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions, addressing the unique needs of each client while implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate couple and family therapy sessions to strengthen relational dynamics and support improved communication.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to gather relevant information, guiding the development of personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies, to effectively address clients' psychological needs.
• Document client progress and treatment outcomes accurately and in a timely manner, in accordance with practice standards and state regulations.
• Maintain adherence to ethical and professional standards while providing culturally competent care that honors the diverse backgrounds of our clients.

Our client base ranges from children to adults struggling with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and other related issues. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals from different socio-economic backgrounds, focusing on creating a supportive and understanding therapeutic relationship that fosters healing and recovery.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a closely related field is required.
• Must hold an active state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC).
• At least 3 years of direct experience working in a therapeutic setting with clients of diverse ages and backgrounds.
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing various therapeutic techniques and interventions tailored to individual client needs.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills are essential for maintaining effective caseload management.
• A commitment to providing inclusive and culturally competent mental health care.

• Experience in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care practices is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital client management systems.
• Experience working with specialized populations, including children and families.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
