Work Environment

This full-time position offers a flexible remote work environment, which allows you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions, addressing the unique needs of each client while implementing individualized treatment plans.
  • Facilitate couple and family therapy sessions to strengthen relational dynamics and support improved communication.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments to gather relevant information, guiding the development of personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies, to effectively address clients' psychological needs.

  • Maintain adherence to ethical and professional standards while providing culturally competent care that honors the diverse backgrounds of our clients.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Counseling or a closely related field is required.
  • Must hold an active state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC).
  • At least 3 years of direct experience working in a therapeutic setting with clients of diverse ages and backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing various therapeutic techniques and interventions tailored to individual client needs.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills are essential for maintaining effective caseload management.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
