Riverview Psychotherapy is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a fully remote capacity. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine developmental needs and devise appropriate intervention strategies.
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), tailoring each plan to meet the unique needs of children and their families.
• Monitor and document outcomes, engaging in ongoing communication with team members to ensure cohesive support for children.
• Provide emotional support and practical guidance to families, helping them navigate resources and strategies to enhance their child's developmental progress.
• Administer and interpret assessment tools, ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations while prioritizing child safety and well-being.
• Foster strong relationships with children and families, utilizing various teaching methods to adapt to diverse learning styles and developmental needs.
• Employ a coaching model in natural environments to promote skill development through real-life experiences.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and healthcare providers, to achieve optimal outcomes for the children.

You will focus primarily on serving infants and toddlers with disabilities or delays in their development. Your expertise will guide them in learning critical skills across physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains during the formative years of life. This role is crucial in supporting families through early intervention services, aiming to equip them with the knowledge and strategies necessary for fostering their child's development.

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver's license, as occasional local travel may be required for home visits or meetings.
• Minimum of one year of experience working in early intervention settings, particularly with young children.
• Commitment to implementing Natural Learning Environment Practices in your interventions.
• Ability to adapt to diverse learning styles to effectively address the unique needs of each child.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills are essential for success in this role.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $80,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive salary, we offer:
