• Develop and maintain positive and trusting relationships with clients, establishing a safe space for therapeutic collaboration.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health disorders, tailoring therapeutic approaches to each individual client’s circumstances.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and methodologies to support client progress.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect the goals and needs of each client, ensuring regular reviews and adjustments as needed.
• Monitor patient progress through ongoing evaluations, adapting therapeutic interventions based on measurable outcomes and feedback.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and, when necessary, refer clients to specialists for additional support.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in counseling, participating in ongoing professional development and supervision.

Our clientele is diverse, encompassing individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds and life stages. You will work with clients dealing with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. A compassionate approach is essential as you help them navigate challenges and achieve their mental health objectives.

• A current and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Colorado is required.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and group therapy, with a strong understanding of therapeutic modalities.
• Exceptional organizational skills and time management abilities to handle a caseload effectively and maintain necessary administrative tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

• Experience working within a telehealth framework is advantageous, given the remote nature of this role.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient progress and manage treatment plans efficiently.
• Specialized training or certifications in areas such as trauma-informed care, substance abuse counseling, or child and adolescent therapy is a plus.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package that includes:
