• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, emotional status, and psychosocial needs, using established assessment tools.

• Maintain rigorous standards for client documentation, ensuring all records are accurate, confidential, and compliant with HIPAA and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, working closely with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.
• Stay informed on the latest research and developments in mental health therapies to continually enhance service offerings.
• Participate in regular supervision sessions and professional training to refine clinical skills and stay current with best practices.
• Uphold ethical practices and professional standards set forth by licensing boards and relevant organizations.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Centuria Behavioral Health Center, you will serve a diverse clientele facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will work with adults, adolescents, and families in need of support, providing a safe space for exploration and healing. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
