As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at St. Luke's Behavioral Health, you will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify children’s developmental strengths and needs.
• Participating actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that each child's unique needs are met.
• Monitoring and documenting outcomes in collaboration with fellow team members and family members, adjusting service delivery based on continual assessment.
• Providing direct support to families, equipping them with information, skills, and resources that promote healthy development in their children.
• Adhering strictly to all relevant federal and state regulations to maintain the highest quality of care.
• Using evidence-based practices to recommend strategies that enhance children's development within natural learning environments.
• Maintaining open lines of communication with families and team members to foster trust and teamwork.
• Utilizing a coaching model in your interactions, ensuring that families are engaged and empowered throughout the intervention process.
• Regularly reviewing and adapting plans based on child development status and family priorities.

The primary focus of this role is on children from birth to three years old who are experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. Your expertise will not only support their immediate needs but also foster long-term development through intervention strategies that help them acquire essential skills across various domains, including physical, cognitive, and social-emotional areas. Working closely with these young children and their families, you will play a vital part in creating a nurturing environment that promotes growth and development.

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
• Must hold a valid LCSW license from the Department of Public Health.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• A minimum of one year of experience working with children in early intervention settings.
• Proficiency in adapting approaches to accommodate diverse learning styles and developmental needs.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal.
