Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at St. Lukes Behavioral Health, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting therapeutic sessions with couples and individuals, tailored to meet the unique needs of each case.
• Utilizing evidence-based therapies to address a variety of client concerns, including but not limited to addiction issues, family conflicts, grief, and the complexities of blended families.
• Engaging in collaborative treatment planning and progress assessment to ensure effective outcomes for clients.
• Maintaining thorough documentation and case notes in compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your therapeutic expertise will focus on a diverse range of populations, including adults and adolescents. You will work with families facing challenges related to:

• Alcohol and substance abuse issues
• Consequences of physical and psychological abuse
• Grief and loss
• Conflict resolution among family members
• Adjustment issues related to divorce or separation
• Communication and relational difficulties

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Massachusetts.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• A strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and service.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
