• Manage an active caseload of clients, building rapport and establishing positive working relationships while adhering to professional ethics.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress, address challenges, and determine appropriate discharge planning.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that are centered around each client's unique needs and goals.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation regarding client interactions and progress notes in accordance with organizational policies.
• Carry out comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate new clients and determine their immediate therapeutic needs.
• Provide individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Engage in continuous professional development through individual supervision and ongoing collaboration with healthcare providers.

The ideal candidate will work with a wide range of clients, including children, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. • A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
• Current and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) designation.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting after graduation.
• Comfortable using technology, including Microsoft Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and our practice management software, Pimsy.

• Previous experience providing direct psychotherapy services to both individuals and families.
• Strong familiarity with the intake process and performing comprehensive assessments.
• Experience in community health settings or collaborative care environments is a plus.
