Your day-to-day tasks will encompass a range of responsibilities designed to support our clients on their path to mental health and sobriety. Specific duties include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify patient needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.
• Implementing therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), customized to each client’s situation and preferences.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of clinical records while adhering to HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide holistic care that addresses both mental health and addictive disorders.
• Participating in regular case consultation meetings and peer reviews to enhance service quality and share knowledge among professionals.
• Educating patients and their families about mental health strategies, available treatment options, and community resources to support ongoing recovery.
• Staying informed about the latest research in mental health and recovery methodologies, integrating this knowledge into your clinical practice for improved patient care.
• Managing a full caseload and ensuring that treatment goals are achieved promptly while maintaining professionalism and ethical standards.

As an LCSW at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work primarily with clients in various stages of recovery from substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. To be considered for this essential role, you must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Virginia.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience focusing on psychotherapy services and intervention techniques.
